Five Year Business Planning And Projection
November 2005
Farmstead Fresh, Inc. is a partnership which was created by Eldore Hanni and Robert Webb during May of 2004.
In 2004, our visions and goals were;
1. Help the small, sustainable agriculture, family dairy farms stay in business and prosper.
2. Help these family dairy farms produce the most nutritious and health promoting, grass fed, raw milk cheese possible, right on their farms.
3. Promote and make these outstanding cheese products available to the American public, by way
of our web site www.farmsteadfresh.com.
We now realize there is a much greater need for providing the world with old fashion, health promoting food than we first realized. Today we have a much larger vision, as follows;
Establish a large vertically integrated show place sustainable agriculture farm within a few miles of a major highway such as U.S. Highway 80.
The farm will consist of mostly grass, and hay fed, Jersey dairy cows, dairy sheep, dairy goats, and grass fed beef cattle. No artificial fertilizers, pesticides, grains, corn, or drugs of any kind will be used. Dairy animals will also be fed freshly harvested sprouts daily for total health.
Most of the organic milk produced on this farm will be transferred to an adjacent farmstead cheese factory. It will be made into nutrient dense, raw milk, premium quality cheese. The remaining raw milk will be available for the public to purchase at the farm.
The left over whey from making cheese, is excellent organic fertilizer. It will be spread onto the grass lands. All farm soil will be tested for missing nutrients, and replaced.
The farm will consist of free ranging chickens, ducks, geese, and petting animals. In addition to the cheese factory, there will be a winery, an organic meat and cheese store, butcher shop, an organic bakery, etc. The organic restaurant will be equipped with a organic carrot juice and wheat and barley sprout grass juice bar. We will have a healthy life style education center on the farm.
The Farmstead Fresh, Sustainable agriculture Farm Food Center, will supply the average American Family with abundant food, the way it was 150 years ago.
Our show place, Farmstead Fresh Center, can then be duplicated in other areas across the country. Interested investors may obtain additional details by calling Eldore Hanni, or Robert Webb.
